Hübner runs Onventis Cloud Procurement

HÜBNER GmbH & Co. KG is introducing Onventis’ cloud procurement solution to strengthen its strategic purchasing strategy.

With Onventis, the company is expanding the digitization of its procurement processes. The aim of purchasing is to make a sustainable contribution to the success of the HÜBNER Group with optimized, digital processes and material cost savings.

The HÜBNER Group is the world leader in the sector of transition systems for buses and rail vehicles. In addition, the family-owned company is a solution provider for rubber products, plastics technologies and elastomer-coated industrial textiles and, with the Photonics division, is a supplier for applications in laser, terahertz and high-frequency technology.

Overall, the company employs over 2,800 people worldwide. In addition to the head office in Kassel, HÜBNER has built over 20 locations around the globe in recent years and decades.
