J. Schmalz GmbH from Glatten introduces the cloud procurement solution Onventis to its purchasing department.
Onventis digitizes the strategic and operative procurement processes of J. Schmalz GmbH and supports the purchasing department in increasing the company’s success through material cost savings and process optimization.

The family business, which was founded in 1910 as a razor blade factory, developed into the world’s leading supplier of vacuum technology and ergonomic handling systems.

At the headquarters in Glatten and in 18 other companies, around 1,500 employees develop, produce and distribute vacuum components and gripping systems for automation as well as vacuum lifters and crane systems for manual work processes.
